About Kids Den School

Get to know us better 

Founded and established in the year 2011 on the 1st of November by the Principal and proprietor Ruth Vanlalṭhakimi Hmar, the Institution was initially a pre-school, daycare and after school care centre, Catering to children, who are in their preparatory stage for formal education. Since then, things have grown from strength to strength.

With a strong team of dedicated staff caring for, nurturing to, and inspiring children in all areas of early learning, we have expanded the horizon to the elementary sections and we pledge to progress further every academic year. We are passionate about offering children an exciting, stimulating and rich curriculum based on real reasons for learning. 

We hope that you will share with us the belief that every child should have the opportunity to creative, curious and confident life that will shape them to be socially, culturally, scholastically and spiritually well equipped to a productive life.

We set out three characteristic of effective learning which are playing, creating and critical thinking which we seek to support through both the prime and specific areas of learning. Prime areas of learning develop quickly in response to relationship and experiences and are fundamental to learning in all areas.

Recognitions and Affiliation

Kids Den School is a registered and recognised school under the Department of School Education, Government of Mizoram and the Aizawl Municipal Corporation. 

We are also a member of the Mizoram Independent Schools Association (MISA).

Though not affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) it follows the syllabus and curriculum laid down by the council with a touch of the school's own principles and practices.
